okay but did anybody else notice how every zelink fanfic published from 2010-2012 had the same plot:

zelda and link are in love >> zelda has to marry someone >> but oh no!! a foreign prince wants to marry her (probably from holodrum/labrynna) >> link and zelda have to fight for their love >> what?? the foreign prince is evil!! >> “lol no!! it is i, ganondorf, and this foolish prince was looking for power so i gave it to him hahaha” >> epic magic sword battle >> zelda: “oh link, i was so worried! i love you” >> epilogue detailing their bland, heterosexual relationship and their child(ren)
