The mage characters~ (Those who you can recruit in the main story, anyway)

I love the magic circles in Fe:A. It’s difficult to see all the details just by looking at in-game graphics (and I couldn’t find any high quality pics on the internet either) but I tried my best to create a similar effect.

Miriel and Laurent are both casting Fire. I like to think that Laurent’s technique is a bit more aggressive than his mother’s, who is an extremely careful and composed caster, and that’s why his fire spells sometimes produce smoke. (Incomplete combustion and all that, haha. These people seem to be summoning huge flames from thin air, though, so where do they even get the fuel? Another dimension?) He’s still far more focused than the dark mages who aren’t even looking at their tomes. :’D Or Ricken here, who’s too nervous to keep his eyes open (but has at least obviously studied that Elwind numerous times.) 

Tharja is casting Nosferatu, hence the green sparkle. I was hoping to make a special magic circle for Henry too but he starts with Ruin which seems to have the normal one…
