no offense but california having no water literally isnt funny at all

like the only ppl that its even effecting is poor ppl who cant afford the fines for using Too Much Water but the corporations and the huge farms have no problem paying so they can continue 2 bleed the land dry thru bottled water and unsustainable agriculture. what is funny about that.

it’s poor people who don’t have funds to make new wells after theirs have gone dry. it’s poor people who can’t afford fines for using a normal amount of water. especially in areas that have 100f+ summer temperatures. they have older homes that don’t have ac units, but if they’re lucky they have swamp coolers. swamp coolers use A LOT of water to cool houses.
