American nationalism is unhinged…when literally any other country declared an enemy improves its economy or whatever the US media, government, and businessmen are like “how do we stop this? we can’t let anyone else benefit from anything!” and somehow millions of Americans think that’s a good thing
China is the biggest polluter in the world and has extremely predatory business practices. if america wishes to fuck the hell out of the chinese i am Happy for them.
I wouldn’t normally waste time with tumblr fascist LARPers but this argument is so common I guess I’ll go ahead and answer. The US remains less polluted because it outsources it’s waste and emissions to other countries including China. In China, citizens even have a smaller carbon footprint than US citizens. The US is now being met with its issues now that China is beginning to reject its waste. If other countries with US-outsourced pollution follow China’s path, the US will inevitably get a taste of its own medicine. Also predatory business practices LMFAO when the US legit dominates the world with profit-based conflict, American exceptionalism brain rot here.
