this is literally 100x worse than anything in the wigan kebab video. The British started saving animal fat like every other culture on earth but instead of using it to make foods like bread or fried dishes more complex they just slapped that shit on a piece of untoasted white bread. Literally a suet sandwich. You could literally just toast the bread in a skillet with the same amount of fat and it would be a delicious, golden brown piece of toast. Do that twice and slap a piece of cheese in between and you have a simple grilled cheese, but this is England
