when ppl say that infintalizing all trans men into a hyperfeminine submissive role is bad they mean “call out fetishizers” not “bully femine trans men for fitting a stereotype”

trans boys who like pastels and big sweaters arent the reason that a lot of trans guys are fetishized. its the people who view trans men as women and are only comfortable with their maleness when it is viewed through a feminine light. I see ppl getting WAY too comfortable making fun of ‘uwu soft boy transmascs’ just bc they dont want to be seen as one- completly forgeting that someone fitting a stereotype doesnt make them responsible for negative view of a community as a whole.
