one of the most annoying examples of magic fans not actually reading the story but thinking they know the lore anyway is the misconception that Jace STILL uses illusions to look more fit when the part of the story that says he used illusions to look more fit is SPECIFICALLY saying he DOES NOT do that anymore and HAS NOT done it in a long time
