steven gets really into makeup and starts following a bunch of mua instagrams and he stares at MAC prices and gets sad 24/7 but he is also ok with his dollar-store makeups that greg bought him. his favourite eye shadow colour is green and he makes an insta for himself called ‘universeuniversalmua’ and gets a lot of followers because hes so cute and small and eventually people start asking if they can send him makeups as gifts and idk this is getting really long and tangential but i want my baby to be happy
steven making gift unboxing videos and uploading them to youtube. he reads every name on the postage and thanks profusely no matter what it is he got. people send him tons of glitter stuff because glitter is his favourite colour. he starts every video by assuring his audience that he has permission from ‘dad and pearl’. he later makes an FAQ video and clarifies that pearl isnt his stepmom, shes his… *wiggly hand gesture, shrug, unsure noise*.
Amethyst gets in on it, but not ‘cause she wants him to put the make-up on her or anything, ok but maybe if it’d help Steven show how he does it or…SOMETHING GEEZ WHATEVER…
Personally, I have a hard time imagining Steven doing any videos without the Gems showing up constantly, doing weird shit in the background. Sometimes the foreground.
garnet guest stars in a video where steven demonstrates fun and easy ways to try winged eyeliner. he gets to the middle eye and then. they just both stare into the camera a little bit.
