u cant possibly tell me that midna and zelda arent totally in love its canon i mean zelda literally says “your heart and mine were as one” like can you get any gayer than that. their eye colors even follow the red/blue rule of lesbians
Although I have nothing against this ship, and sure, there is definitely a relationship between Midna and Zelda, be it romantic or just friendship, I feel as though you’re taking the “your heart and mine were as one” part a bit out of context. Zelda’s spirit/soul/energy/whatever you want to call it, was literally in Midna, and I’ve always thought of them as sharing one mind, and sort of being one person in the time that Zelda was “resting” in her. But you’re free to interpret this however you wish, I just wanted to comment about the quote, that’s all.
