hey dudes. so i’ve posted a bit about it before, but things have been really, really hard on my family this last month. between losing our car and not knowing if my sister was going to die, it’s been very emotionally trying on us as a family. she’s very slowly on her way to recovery, but it’s going to take a lot of time and resources that we don’t currently have. i’m stuck up in the trailer on my own for days on end, and my mom can’t afford to pay for food for herself and me (when she does manage to get up here), let alone the repair costs for the car and other basic living essentials. so i started this gofundme to try and help ease that burden on us, so we can focus on laura’s healing and next steps in her life (like navigating the shit hole disability in this country is) without worrying about not being able to take care of ourselves in the process.
heya guys, i posted an update on laura’s care which you can read by clicking the link above! the big news: she’s out of the hospital! however her care is extremely expensive and we can’t pay for it on top of the light bill at home, grocery bills, phone bills, car fees, etc. we’re kind of drowning at the moment and it’s becoming increasingly more and more difficult to stay afloat. the struggle of her costs isn’t helping laura mentally, either, even though she knows it’s not her fault. so if you can donate anything, even $5, it would be so much more than appreciated you guys. and if you can’t, that’s okay! obviously we understand. but shares go a long way and you sharing could mean someone that follows you _can_ donate. so please consider helping however you can, my family & i appreciate it so much more than i can say.
